Methods for the analysis and design of biochemical networks at the microscopic scale, following deterministic and stochastic approaches.
Healthcare and Biomedical Applications
Applying modeling and control concepts in biomedical settings, including assistive health care delivery, artificial pancreas and artificial ventilation.
I am mainly interested in theoretical mathematical methods and in the application of Systems & Control Theory to solve real world problems.
Attitude control of ground vehicles with saturating actuators in realistic settings, lateral velocity estimation, vehicle coordination (platooning), traffic control.
